The main differences between the two lines of crash mats are that the standard line has no handles for carrying the mat around and they have less decorative stitches. Also, the standard line is sewn with different techniques, that allow faster production. And of course, the colours.
Both, premium and standard mats, are made from top-quality German fabric and have the same foam inside. And both have anti-slippery material at the bottom.
The size differences between mats depend more or less on the level of knowledge of the dancer, the 12cm mats are for more advance dancers because the spinning/dancing is on higher positions and the 8 cm mats are mainly for beginners.
