Coverage Duration: Choose between a 1-year or 2-year extended warranty plan.
Comprehensive Repair Coverage: Includes necessary labor and/or parts required to repair your product due to: Mechanical failures caused by defects in materials and workmanship after the manufacturer’s warranty expires.
(EU Only) Accidental damage coverage when using an approved and properly installed product.

Replacement Assurance: If the covered product requires a fourth repair for the same issue within 12 months, we will replace your product or provide reimbursement for a replacement.

Personal/Residential Use Only: Coverage is valid for personal and residential use; commercial use is not covered.

Important Information
Coverage Activation: The Extended Warranty takes effect only for products still under warranty once the manufacturer’s warranty expires.

LUPIT PROTECTION PLAN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Overview
The Lupit Protection Plan ("Plan") provides extended coverage beyond the manufacturer's warranty for eligible Lupit Pole products. This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the Plan, including coverage, exclusions, and claims procedures.
2. Coverage Period
Coverage begins immediately after the manufacturer’s warranty expires. Customers may select either a 1-year or 2-year Plan. The total coverage period, including both manufacturer and extended warranty, cannot exceed 3 years.
3. What is Covered?
The Plan covers:
- Mechanical Defects in materials or workmanship.
- Replacement Assurance: If a covered product requires more than three repairs for the same issue within a 12-month period, it will be replaced or reimbursed.
4. Exclusions (What is Not Covered)
The following are not covered under this Plan:
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, or stains) that does not affect product functionality.
- Improper use, neglect, or failure to follow manufacturer care instructions.
- Theft, loss, or intentional damage.
- Damage caused by commercial use or modifications.
- Failure to perform routine maintenance as specified in the manufacturer’s guidelines.
